DeysiaVu is a vibrant young pop/R&B singer, songwriter, and dancer. Born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts, and descending from a Cape Verdean and Portuguese background, she is most recognized for her emotional and storytelling songwriting and vocals. She has released numerous singles such as "Paralyzed" and "Bitter Love." DeysiaVu is not only a passionate musician and dancer, she is also a devoted civil rights activist. Her most notable release "Say Goodbye" tributed the Black Lives Matter movement in 2020, and garnered attention as the singer paid homage to victims of racially motivated police brutality. DeysiaVu also ventures in other pursuits such as acting and modeling, and maintains a side business as an amateur photographer. She has recently started on some new projects and is working rigorously on releasing new music, as well as beginning live shows.
